Start with the lowest engagement possible. Work together for half a day to a day. Deep dive on your start-up and develop a strategic understanding about where specifically your chosen product leader can help.

After a successful worksession you can roll directly into a longer term engagement. We usually see 10hrs a week for 3 months as the best way to start.
