The Fractionals?
Story.
With a collective 40 years in the product space, we (Tim and Ofir) were seeing more start-ups failing to bring products to market than succeeding. The missing ingredient was often high quality Product Leadership, that could actually get their hands dirty and deliver.
Start-ups were stuck between trying to find and financially manage full-time hires, or bringing in star-gazing consultants more interested in hands-on retainer building than product delivery.
Through our own network and referrals we were being asked for help, and being offered projects that either we couldn't fit in or knew we weren't a perfect fit for. Instead of saying "we'd love to be involved, but..." we decided to bring together the best product people we knew and collectivise our knowledge to offer the power of that community to founders and their start-ups. And, so The Fractionals, was born.

Tim Webber
As a founder and Product Leader Tim has 20 years experience in product strategy, delivery and monetization - from taking start-ups from 0 to 1, to running product teams generating $100m+ ARR and developing product partnerships with the likes of NBC Universal, Warner Bros, and the England national football team.
Meet David
David Wilson is a detail-oriented data analyst with a strong analytical mindset. He specializes in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
