What does success look like?
Within Health is an intentionally remote eating disorder clinic, providing patients with extremely high-contact care, the replicates full 6hr per day in-person treatment programs. We were involved from day 1 (in 2021), helping them strategize what it meant to deliver such an experience remotely, through branding, design, first release (and many more since), team growth and profitability. We're still helping to lead their product team 3+ years later.
We led Within's product team from strategy to onboarding their first patient in just 4 months.
Over 3 years we've grown their product team to 25 people. Sensible, consistent, growth.
We built a Hipaa compliant platform comprising an in-house EMR, connected device, billing and insurance integrations, and three mobile apps.

What does success look like?
NANA's team came from the world's of law, psychedelics, education and politics. It sounds harsh to say they didn't know anything about product (design or dev). But they had no idea. That's where The Fractionals kicked in. NANA had worked with three previous studios / agencies and failed to translate their vision into a product. We got involved one September running workshops and strategy sessions, by November we had prototype, December a full product team and April the app was submitted to the App Store. They now have a functioning platform and an internal product team, with one of our CPOs just course correcting them if they go slightly off course.

These kind of relationships naturally take a lot longer to build and develop over time. But we're not scared of commitment, if you aren't.
